Seagulls are such defiant creatures. You can see it in his eyes. It's like he's saying "Yeah, I'm sittin' on this rail. Whatcha gonna do about it.... Got any cheese doodles?" Anyway, you'll see alot of gulls on the ferry boats going to and coming from Ocracoke Island.
