Sunsets at the coast are just amazing. When I'm on Ocracoke Island, I feel I've missed something or my day isn't complete if I don't take the time to watch the sunset. With this painting, I wanted to capture the feeling of an Ocracoke sunset just minutes before the sunlight fades.
