This was the view from my motel room in Southport, NC right at the mouth of the Cape Fear River. On this particular day, I got up and out early to catch the sunrise. This is what I saw looking out my backdoor... a tugboat slowly navigating the waters with the Bald Head Lighthouse in the distance.
