It doesn't happen often but this day the water was almost mirror slick.
And you could hardly tell where the water stopped and the sky started at the horizon.
I couldn't resist rendering the contrast between the soft texture of the water
and clouds against the rigid structure of the bow of the boat.

I consider this one my summertime zen painting.
